Aventure Staffing & Professional Services offers a diverse range of employee staffing options and can tailor a program that will meet the needs of your company.

Direct Hire Placement

  • Recruitment and placement of professional and executive applicants for our corporate clients on the local level.

Employee Conversion

  • Called our Trial and Hire program, it allows your company to try out an employee before making a final commitment to hire.
  • For 13 weeks, or 520 hours (whichever comes last), the employee is on our payroll.
  • After 13 weeks, or 520 hours (whichever comes last), there is no further charge and the employee can transfer to the client company payroll.
  • A client assuming the employee before the end of the 13 weeks is assessed the normal direct hire placement fee.

Temporary Employees

  • We accept the responsibility of staffing specific positions within your company on a fulltime basis.
  • Employees stay on our payroll and all taxes, benefits and expenses are included in our rate.
  • Provides an economic buffer against changing business conditions and is an excellent opportunity to save money on specific jobs or peak times.

Payrolling

  • The client selects the employee through an initial interview, the employees are then placed on our payroll while they are working under your company’s probationary period, which is normally 90 days. 
  • During this time period, we handle all governmental regulations, taxes, work comp, payroll taxes, etc.  This will save you on any of these items, if the employee does not make it through your probationary period.
  • You concentrate on making the employee productive in your company for potential future employment.

Safety Consulting

  • Full-range of OSHA mandatory evaluation, hazard determinations, definition, monitoring and record keeping as set forth in 29 CFR1910, Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.

HR Consulting

  • Consulting on human resource issues critical to employee acquisition, retention and performance including: Compliance with EEO, I-9 Dept of Justice, OSHA, Fair Labor Standards Act, DOT compliance, FMLA, ADA, HIPPA, and other Federal laws and regulations.
  • From developing a comprehensive employee handbook to benefits administration to safety procedures and training, our HR consultant can ease the burden of Human Resources for our clients.
